Charging the Battery
• Ensure the XBOX controller battery is installed correctly.
• Ensure the XBOX controller is properly placed and aligned with the wireless charging contact area without
noticeable offset.
• To ensure proper contact with the wireless charging area, remove any controller accessories such as
protective cases or skins that may interfere with charging.
• Place the XBOX controller with the installed battery onto the wireless charging dock. The Power LED light will
turn solid amber.

• Ensure correct polarity when inserting the battery.
