Instructions
1. Ensure all parts listed are present.
2. Place the wood base (B1) on top of
the glass.
3. Position the metal strainer (C) onto the
wood base.
4. Add a small pinch of wood chips (A)
onto the strainer.
5. Using a torch, light the wood chips for
10 seconds.
6. Cover the flame with the wood lid (B).
7. Keep the wood lid on for your desired
time; a longer duration yields a
stronger flavor.
For a subtle smoky flavor, smoke
the serving glass before pouring the
cocktail.
For a more intense flavor, smoke the
serving glass with ice before pouring
in the cocktail.
8. Remove all components of the
smoking kit, leaving only the glass.
9. Serve the cocktail.
