Unpacking: Thank you for purchasing the FREQ 5 Strobe by Ameri-

can DJ. Every FREQ 5 Strobe has been thoroughly tested and has ®

been shipped in perfect operating condition. Carefully check the ship-

ping carton for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If the

carton appears to be damaged, carefully inspect your xture for any

damage and be sure all accessories necessary to operate the unit has

arrived intact. In the case damage has been found or parts are miss-

ing, please contact our toll free customer support number for further

instructions. Do not return this unit to your dealer without rst contact-

ing customer support.

Introduction: The FREQ 5 Strobe is part of American DJ’s continuing

pursuit for creating high quality affordable intelligent fixtures. The FREQ

5 Strobe is a revolutionary 5-zone LED strobe. The unit has 4 operating

modes; Sound Active (with adjustable sound sensitivity), Show Mode,

Manual Mode, or DMX Control. This unit can be used as a stand alone

xture, or in a Master/Slave conguration.This fixture is suitable for

theaters, studios, retail stores, and other similar locations.
