• Always start with a clean product.
• Preheat the product on the hob/ in the oven before cooking.
• If you are using oil for taste or texture, allow the oil to heat up for a minute or
two on a low to medium heat before adding food to the product.
• When placing a hot product on a table or countertop, use a protective
material to protect the surface.
• When the product is cold, there may be a slight bend in the base, but it will
return to its flat shape when heated.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ON INDUCTION HOBS
The size of the product base and the size of the induction zone must be as
similar as possible to optimise the reaction with the product. If the size of the
product base is too small, the hob (magnetic field) may not react with the
base of the product.
CARE AND CLEANING
• Allow the product to cool down before cleaning.
• Always clean the product thoroughly, as any remaining food residue will
cook into the surface and cause food to stick.
• Do not use abrasive sponge or any cleaning tool with metalic content to
clean the product. To remove heavy dirt, it is helpful to soak the product with
water and mild detergent for some time and, if necessary, lightly heat it on the
hob with lower power level.
• Dishwasher safe.
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
• ALWAYS match the base size of the product to the heat zone of the hob to
maximise efficiency and prevent overheating of the sides or damage to the
handles.
• When cooking on gas, adjust the flame so that it does not scorch the sides
of the product.
• The heat setting is very important. Lower heat settings not only save energy,
but also prevent the product from getting too hot. The nature of this product
is to retain and distribute the heat more effectively, helping to cook some
protein-rich foods more quickly.
DISPOSAL
• Help protect the environment and human health by recycling the product
separately from household waste. Place the packaging in the appropriate
containers for recycling. Correct recycling also contributes to the conservation
of natural resources in a sustainable way.
• Follow local regulations when disposing of the various parts of the product.
The product is suitable for all types of food at a maximum temperature of
250ºC for up to 1 hour (to maintain the best condition of the product coating).

EN • SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read all safety information carefully before using the product and store it
for future reference.
WARNINGS:
• Keep children away from the stove while you are cooking.
• For safety reasons, NEVER leave the product unattended while it is in use
and ensure that the handles do not extend over the edge of the stove.
• ALWAYS handle the product when it is cold or cooled down.
• The handles are constructed to minimise heat transfer but may still become
hot during prolonged cooking.
• ALWAYS use oven mitts for handling a hot product to prevent burn injury.
• DO NOT allow the handles to extend over a hot burner as the handles may
become hot.
• Avoid leaving an empty product to heat for too long (continuous heating
of an empty plancha can lead to overheating, which may compromise the
integrity of the non-stick coating).
• The product heats up quickly, therefore always keep an eye on it when
cooking.
• At no time the oil or fat shall be allowed to become smoking hot, as it may
catch fire.
• ALWAYS place a hot product on a protected or heat-resistant surface or on
a trivet.
• To avoid damaging the product, DO NOT use any sharp objects, be careful
not to scratch the product, and do not cut the food directly in the product.
• When using a glass-ceramic hob, ALWAYS lift the product and NEVER slide
it across a glass-ceramic cooking hob as this may cause damage to both the
bottom of the product and the surface of the hob.
• When using the product in an oven, always place it on the wire shelf, and
never on the side rail.
• This product is NOT suitable for use in a microwave oven.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all packaging and labels.
• Wash the product in warm soapy water with a soft sponge.
• Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
• DO NOT use the Power or Boost function to heat the product.
• Before heating the product for the first time, apply a small amount of
vegetable oil to the inside of the product with a paper towel. Please repeat
this procedure before you put the product away to prolong its life.
DAILY USE
• Suitable for all hobs (gas, ceramic, halogen and induction) with a maximum
cooking temperature of 250°C for a maximum of 1 hour (to maintain the best
condition of the product coating). Recommended
for perfect cooking results on Electrolux and AEG induction hobs with bridge
function.
• This product can also be used in ovens with a maximum cooking
temperature of 250°C for a maximum of 1 hour (to maintain the best condition
of the product coating); please check your oven dimensions for a perfect fit.
