This room air conditioner cools, dehumidifies and filters the
air inside your home.
Sections I through VI of this manual provide general operating
instructions, installation instructions, and maintenance in-
structions for your room air conditioner. These general
instructions apply to all models. Section VII provides control
operation information for each model. After reading Sections
I through VI, turn to Section VII and find the control layout that
matches your specific room air conditioner model. Read the
information on this page carefully.

Amana réparera ou remplacera, sans frais, toute pièce défectueuse suite à un défaut de pièce ou de main-duvre.
DEUXIÈME À CINQUIÈME ANNÉE
Amana remplacera, sans frais, toute composante du système scellé (évaporateur, tuyaux capillaires, compresseur,
condensateur, tuyau dinterconnexion et soupape dinversion) qui savère défectueuse suite à un défaut de pièce ou
de main-duvre.
LIMITES DE LA GARANTIE:
Commence à la date dachat original.
Sapplique à un appareil utilisé aux États-Unis.
Sapplique à une réparation effectuée par un
prestataire de service après-vente agréé par Amana.
LIMITES DE GARANTIE:
La plaque signalétique est effacée.
Lappareil est utilisé à des fins commerciales ou
locatives.
Lappareil est défectueux ou endommagé suite à
une altération, à un raccordement inadéquat à
lalimentation électrique, à lexpédition ou à la
manutention, à linstallation dans un milieu corrosif,
un accident, un incendie, une inondation, la foudre
ou autres circonstances indépendantes de la
volonté dAmana.
Lappareil est installé dans une gaine murale ne
provenant pas dAmana, utilisé avec une grille
extérieure ne provenant pas dAmana ou toute autre
utilisation susceptible dobstruer la circulation dair.
RESPONSABILITÉS DU PROPRIÉTAIRE:
Fournir une preuve dachat (récépissé de vente).
Entretenir lappareil normalement. Remplacer les
pièces lorsque cela est indiqué dans le manuel
dutilisation et dentretien.
Rendre lappareil accessible.
Payer les frais supplémentaires lorsque le
technicien est appelé en dehors des heures
ouvrables.
Payer pour les appels de service relatifs à
linstallation ou à lutilisation de lappareil.
