• The operation of electric heating devices generates high temperatures that can lead to injuries, such
as hot surface, hot steam, and a hot casing! Please only touch the hot product by the main body or
the cool tip. Also, warn other users of these dangers.
• CAUTION: The product may only be operated if the filter insert is in place and the lock is properly
closed.
• CAUTION: Do not touch the accessories while the surface or the casing is hot. This can lead to burns!
• CAUTION: The attchment becomes very hot during operation; therefore, only touch the surface once
it has completely cooled down. Risk of burns!
• The device may only be operated with the supplied attachment. To avoid hazards, only operate after
the attachment is properly attached!
• Let the device cool down completely before cleaning and storing it. There is a risk of burns!
• Ensure that no liquids reach the contacts of the main body of the product.
• Clean the device as described in the „Cleaning“ chapter.
• Use the device only for its intended purpose and with the recommended accessories and
components. Improper or incorrect use is dangerous.
• Risk of burns! The heating element and the surface of the device are still hot even after the product is
turned off. Do not touch the hot surfaces.
• Make sure that the power cord does not become a tripping hazard – do not use extension cords.

• Store the product and accessories in a place inaccessible to children.
• This product can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have
been given instruction concerning the safe use of the product and understand the hazards involved.
• Children must not play with the product.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be done by children unless they are 8 years or older and
supervised.
• Children under the age of 8 should be kept away from the product and the power cord.
• Do not let the power cord hang down to prevent it from being pulled.
• In the event of a product failure due to static discharges or power fluctuations, please perform a
restart.

• Position the power cord to prevent tripping, bending, pinching, or contact with sharp edges.

» Be careful when opening the packaging to avoid damaging the product. Do not use sharp objects.
1. Remove the product from the packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials and any plastic or protective films.
3. Check that all items are included (see chapter
PrOduct OVerVieW
).
4. Inspect the product and its components for damage. If you notice any damage, do not use the product. Instead, contact the service center
using the contact information provided on the cover page of this manual.

• Do not store any packaging materials used (bags, polystyrene pieces, etc.) within reach of children.
