1.0 Executive Summary
The InfraStruxure® Management Software Configuration Suite is a collection of software
configuration services designed to support the implementation of the customer’s data center
management software solution. The customer will have the option of selecting varying quantities of
mandatory and optional services to support the data center management application chosen in the
solution. InfraStruxure Management Software Configuration Suite options are listed below:
• InfraStruxure Management Software Configuration Base – Mandatory service
• InfraStruxure Central Software Configuration – Optional
• InfraStruxure Operations Software Configuration – Optional
• InfraStruxure Capacity Software Configuration – Optional
• InfraStruxure Post Configuration Insight - Optional
Each of the individual service option will have activities unique to the specific application. The
details of the individual activities will be defined in the respective Statements of Work (SOW). The
individual SOW will outline the service objectives associated with the specified activity. In addition
the service objectives for the individual service SOW will include the Features & Benefits, Details of
Service, Assumptions, Deliverables, Exclusions, Scope of Responsibility, Project Work Details,
Pricing and Terms & Conditions.
