Product description
Effective training for the upper-body. Door frame
mounted. Fits frames up to 90 cm. Easy to set up and
remove. No wall mounting required. Can even be used
for sit-ups and press-ups.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with
local regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed,
contact your local authority.
Specifications
Fits door frame openings up to 90 cm.
Mounting
Assemble the door gym according to the diagram.
Hook the upper batten over the lintel or head jamb on
one side of the doorway and let the exercise bar rest
against the wall on the other side of the doorway.
Note! Ensure that the door trim is anchored securely.
