1. If the QIS web page does not appear after launching the web browser, disable the proxy settings on the web

browser.

2. If QIS does not launch automatically, follow these steps to manually launch QIS:

• Checkwhetherthewirelesschannelinuseconformstothechannelsavailableinyourcountry/area.

• Checktheencryptionsettings.

• CheckiftheADSLorCableconnectioniscorrect.

• RetryusinganotherEthernetcable.

If the ADSL “LINK” light blinks continuously or stays off, Internet access is

not possible - the Router is unable to establish a connection with the ADSL

network.

• Ensurethatallyourcablesareallproperlyconnected.

• DisconnectthepowercordfromtheADSLorcablemodem,waitafewminutes,thenreconnectthecord.

• IftheADSLlightcontinuestoblinkorstaysOFF,contactyourADSLserviceprovider.
