Do not use power tools to assemble. Only use hand tools, as power tools can damage or loosen thenutsert.

Before getting started:

-Unpack and lay out all of the included parts. Mostof the stainless steel pieces come withaprotective film. Remove all ofthe

plastic film and pay no attention tothe print on the film as it hasnothing to do with the assemblyinstructions.

-Take caution with the stainless steelcomponentsas to notscratch them during the assemblyprocess.Use anon-aggressive

surfaceand protect the stainlesssteel as best aspossible.

-(16) M5x12 mm screw will bepaired with a M5 lock washer. Use M5

flat washerand lock washer for installing the casters to the base. Allother connections will be made with a screw only.

-NOTE - screws for the door handles aresmaller and thoseare packaged with the handles themself.

-(2) M5 x 24 mm - are to used last and are for securing BBQ to cart.

-The parts diagram has the parts labeled in the order inwhich they areused. Use thediagram as a reference, while following

the stepsbelow.
