The D8128D OctoPOPIT module combines the

functions of the D8125 POPEX module and the D8127

and D9127U and D9127T POPIT modules to provide

eight Class B (Style B) off-board points in a single

module. The D8128D OctoPOPIT and D8125 POPEX

modules can be wired in parallel to the ZONEX Bus

terminals on the same panel.

System overview

The module can be installed inside the enclosure of

the control panel, or the module can be installed in a

separate enclosure and connected to the control

panel.

Functions

Address Switches

There is a set of DIP switches for setting point

assignments and line termination. Switches 1 to 4

assign the sensor loops to point numbers on a

compatible control panel. Switch 5 sets the line

termination.

Point DIP Switches

Activate or deactivate each point connected to the

module by placing its respective DIP switch in the

closed or open position. The point DIP switch can be

used to deactivate conflicting points.
