WARNING: Improper use or failure to follow instructions can

result in explosive failure causing serious eye or other injury. For

safe use of this product you must read and follow all instructions.

Do not leave a pressurized sprayer in the hot sun. Heat can cause

pressure build-up resulting in possible explosion. Do not store or

leave solution in tank after use. Always wear goggles, gloves, long

sleeve shirt, long pants and full foot protection when spraying.

Never use any tool to remove pump if there is pressure in sprayer.

Never stand with face or body over top of tank when pumping

or loosening pump to prevent ejecting pump assembly and/or

solution from striking and injuring you. Never pressurize sprayer

by any means other than the original pump. Do not attempt to

modify this sprayer. Replace parts only with manufacturer’s

original parts. Never spray flammable, caustic, acidic, chlorine,

bleach or other corrosive solutions or heat, pressure, or

gas producing chemicals. Always read and follow chemical

manufacturer’s instructions before use with this sprayer as

some chemicals may be hazardous when used with this sprayer.

2. HOSE CONNECTION

Check:

• Hose nut tightness.

• Hose integrity (cracks, etc.).

• Tank integrity (interior/exterior damage).

• Test sprayer with water for leaks and clogs.

Follow:

• Filling and pressurizing steps with water only for test.

• Release pressure after test.

5. FILLING

Remove Pump: Turn pump handle counterclockwise.

Fill: Prepare solution and fill tank to the indicated

level.

Replace Pump: Ensure pump is clean and tighten

securely.

8. CARE & MAINTENANCE

Empty: Release pressure and empty sprayer.

Rinse: Rinse tank, wand, nozzle and pump with water.

Store: Store upside down, pump removed, in a dry

place.

Lubricate: take pump apart to lubricate o-ring with

o-ring grease.

Engage shut-off handle until sprayer stops

spraying. With pump facing away from you, slowly

turn handle counterclockwise until air escapes.

3. WAND CONNECTION

Attach nozzle (E) to extension wand (C). Attach (C)

to shut-off handle (D) and tighten.

1. PUMP ASSEMBLY

Insert & Secure: Push the outlet tube (G) into the tank

adapter. Be sure there is no gap between the tank

adapter and hose adapter. Tighten retaining nut (F).

Insert Pump Assembly (B)

into tank (A), turn clockwise

and tighten.

Push down on shut-off handle and move locking

mechanism away from you.

To release, squeeze handle and move locking

mechanism back towards you.

Seal: Turn handle clockwise to tighten.

Release: Push handle down, turn 1/4 turn

counterclockwise to release.

Pump: Pump until you feel resistance.

Lock & Spray: Push handle down, turn 1/4 turn

clockwise to lock. Begin spraying.

Maintain pressure: Re-pump as needed.

Adjust Nozzle: Turn nozzle for spray pattern.
