Cherry Audio Harmonia User Guide - 1
Getting Started
Harmonia is possibly the most unique Cherry Audio instrument thus far. Its
multi-harmonic, interpolating scanned oscillators are really simple to
understand, yet capable of creating wildly elaborate evolving soundscapes
that recall the vector and wavesequencing-style sounds of the 80s and 90s,
with a far simpler user interface.
Its two oscillators may look a little unfamiliar, but as you'll see, taking a few
moments to familiarize yourself with their operation will open a vast array of
possibilities... and to put it bluntly, Harmonia is a heck of a lot of fun.
At the risk of pointing out the obvious, we recommend thoroughly exploring
the Oscillator 1 & 2 section of this guide. If you're experienced with classic
analog synthesizers, the rest of Harmonia will be familiar and probably won't
require reading the manual.

Pre-Purchase Demo Mode
If you haven't purchased the full version of Harmonia, it will run in demo
mode. All functions will work, but inharmonic tones will occasionally sound
(the LED next to
Demo
in the top toolbar will illuminate when the ugly tones
are sounding). We've also added a handy button to make purchasing easy, so
you've got no excuse! As you might expect, all this demo nonsense
disappears once Harmonia is purchased.
