Theletter buttons have thefollowing functions:
M = MODE
L = LIGHT
S = START
R = RESET
Setting thetime and date
1. While in time display mode, press three times. M
Theseconds will flash.
2. Press to reset theseconds to zero.S
3. Press . Theminutes will flash.R
4. Press or hold in to set theminutes.S
5. Press . Thehours will flash.R
6. Press or hold in to set thehours. Press until “A” or “P” S
appears in thecentre circle for 12-hour clock display or
press until “H” appears for 24-hour clock display.
7. Set thedate (month and day) in thesame way.
8. Press to return to thetime display mode.M
9. Hold in if you wish to view theset date.S
Stopwatch
1. While in time display mode, press once. Thestopwatch M
will appear.
2. Press to start and stop thetimekeeping, press to zero S R
thestopwatch once it has been stopped.
Split times
1. Press R while timekeeping to take asplit time. Thestopwatch
continues in thebackground. Press again to resume R
thetimekeeping. Thesplit time taking function can be
repeated as many times as required.
2. Press S to stop timekeeping and press R to zero thestopwatch.
Setting thealarm
1. While in time display mode, press two times. M

Activate/deactivate thealarm
Thealarm activates automatically when thealarm time is set.
Analarm symbol appears. To deactivate the alarm, hold in R and
quick-press S. To reactivate the alarm, hold in and press R S again.
Activating/deactivating the hourly chime
To activate thechime, hold in and quick-press . To deactivate, R M
hold in and press again. When thechime is activated, R M
all thedays of theweek are shown until you release . R
When thechime is deactivated, none of thedays of theweek
are shown.
Backlight
Press to switch thebacklight on. Thelight will automatically L
go out after afew seconds.
Care and maintenance
• Clean theproduct using alightly moistened cloth. Use only
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Never try to open thecasing.
• Do not press thebuttons when thewatch is under water.
• If there is any moisture inside thewatch, contact our
customer service department immediately. Moisture inside
thewatch could cause damage to themetal parts.
• Thewatch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not
expose it to unnecessary blows.
• Do not expose thewatch to extreme temperatures.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that this product should
not be disposed of with general household
waste. This applies throughout theentire EU. In
order to prevent any harm to theenvironment
or health hazards caused by incorrect waste
disposal, theproduct must be handed in for
