• Clean your ear with a cotton swab before use
• Inserting the hearing aid before turning it on can
effectively reduce howling sound
(Set the hearing aid to low volume)

Choose the right size for the patient, then connect the ear dome
on the hearing aid.
When attaching a new dome, be sure to press with enough force
that you feel a pop or click when it connects. Check to make
sure the dome is not pressed flat against the hearing aid
because this can block the sound receiver. The dome will
connect firmly and click into place but still leave a slight amount
of space between the tip of the hearing aid and the dome.
Note: Start with smallest dome, if it causes a whistling sound
because the domes are too small for the ears, try larger dome.
