Understanding the PoE+ Switch

Plug and Play Setup

1. - Connect your network devices to any available port (Ports 14 are PoE+ ports).

2. - Use port 5 for uplinking to the network.

3. Power on the Switch, the “Power”LED will appear GREEN. The PoE+ Switch will go through

Power--OnSelf- Test (POST). The “System”LED will appear REDduring the POST. Upon successful completion

of the POST, the LED will turn and stay “System”GREEN.

4. - The switch will automatically start to feed power to the connected 802.3af/atcompliant device.

5. The LED ON/OFF push button on the front panel will toggle ON and OFF all function LEDs, except

theLED. “Power”
