1.Remove the old motorfromthe motormountingbracket.

lForaCSM(I)-QMTDC-163 seriesmotor,pressthe release button

onthe bottomofthe shade motor.

lFor aCSM(I)-QMTDC-250series or CSM(I)-QMTDC-275series

motor,squeeze the twometal release clipsnexttothe shade

motor.

2.Pushthe rollershade assembly towardsthe idlerbrackettoseparate

the motorfromthe bracket. The idlerpincompressestoallow the

motorend toswing outofthe bracket.

3.Liftthe idlerendofthe rollershade assembly and remove the idlerpin

fromthe keyhole inthe idlerbracket.

4.Place the rollershade ona soft,cleansurface where it will notbe

damaged.
