the dateof purchase, thisproduct will befreefromdefects in material andworkmanship. JCS, at itsoption, will repair

orreplace thisproduct oranycomponent oftheproduct found tobe defectiveduringthewarranty period.

Replacement willbemadewith anew orremanufactured product orcomponent. Ifthe productisnolonger available,

replacementmaybe madewith asimilar product ofequal or greater value. Thisisyour exclusive warranty. Do NOT

What arethe limitson JCS’s Liability?

JCS shall not be liablefor any incidental orconsequential damagescaused by the breach of any express, impliedor

statutory warranty or condition.

Except to the extent prohibitedby applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability orfitnessfor

a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.

JCS disclaimsall other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory orotherwise.
