Sunbeam Products, Inc. doingbusinessasJardenConsumer SolutionsorifinCanada, SunbeamCorporation(Canada)

Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of one year from the

date of purchase,thisproductwillbe free fromdefects inmaterial andworkmanship. JCS, atits option,willrepairor

replace this productorany component ofthe product foundto bedefective during thewarranty period. Replacementwillbe

madewith anew or remanufactured productor component.Iftheproduct is no longer available, replacementmaybe

made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is yourexclusive warranty. Do NOT attemptto repair or

adjustany electrical or mechanical functions on this product.Doing so will voidthis warranty.

Thiswarranty is validfor the originalretail purchaserfromthe date of initialretail purchase and is not transferable. Keep

the originalsales receipt. Proofof purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers,service centers, or

retailstoressellingJCS products donot have theright toalter, modifyoranywaychange thetermsandconditionsof

this warranty.

This warranty does notcover normalwear of parts or damage resultingfrom any of the following: negligentuse or

misuse of the product, use onimpropervoltage orcurrent, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair

or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. Further,the warranty does not cover: Acts of

God, such asfire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.

Whatare the limitson JCS’s Liability?

JCS shall notbe liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused bythe breach of any express,implied or

statutory warranty or condition.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law,any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness fora

particularpurpose islimited in durationto the durationof the above warranty.

JCS disclaimsallother warranties, conditionsor representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

JCS shallnot be liable foranydamagesof any kindresultingfromthe purchase, use ormisuseof, or inability to use the

product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, orfor any breachof contract,

fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim broughtagainst purchaserby any other party.
