1. Activate(for the first time) and wear
1.1 Please connect the band with USB cable ,then charge by inserting into computer port or the
charger ,which activates the band .
1.2 When the band has been activated ,it shows the interface like :
1.3 Put the band at the right place and make sure your ulna is exposed , the heart rate sensor at back need
clinging to your skin .

Touch the screen ,brighten it
Slide from left or right ,touch the screen to have page turning ,then you check all function interfaces .
