Heat Transfer Photo Paper

Safety Warnings

Minor volatiles may be released from the adhesive during heating. Always operate in a well-ventilated area.

The heat press and freshly pressed fabric are extremely hot. Always wear heat-resistant gloves to avoid direct skin

contact.

Allow the transferred design to cool completely (below 40°C) before peeling off the film to prevent pattern tearing.

Even with safety certifications, this product is not intended for high‑abrasion applications. Therefore, it is expressly

prohibited for use on children's sleepwear, gloves, shoe tops, or other high-friction areas to prevent potential physical

damage and ingestion risks.

Heat Press Guide

1. Printing & Preparation

1. Place the white heat transfer paper in the tray with the blank side facing down, and select your desired image or

photo in the app.

2. Cut Out: Choose to keep the whole picture or cut along the design outline.

3. Remove Backing Paper: Peel off the product's original backing paper.

2. Positioning on Fabric

1. Place the transfer paper onto the flat fabric with the design facing up.

2. Completely cover it with the protective paper (baking sheet), which is essential to prevent the transfer paper from

scorching during the heat pressing process.

3. Heat Pressing

Temperature: 150-160 °C (for cotton/blends) / 170-190 °C (for polyester)

Pressure: Apply firm, even pressure

Duration: 12-15 seconds (adjust based on fabric thickness)

Cool & Peel: Wait for at least 10 seconds of cooling, then slowly peel off the top release film.

4. Unsuitable Applications

Not Suitable For:

Nylon

Waterproof Coated Fabrics

Artificial Leather

5. Post-Press Care

The adhesion strength continues to increase for up to 24 hours after the pressing process. For optimal wash durability,

we recommend waiting 48 hours after application before the first wash.

Washing Recommendations:

1. Turn the garment inside out.

2. Wash in water below 40°C (104°F).

3. Avoid strong bleach and fabric softeners.
