Installation of Converters DALI
GB | LED Highbay
LED Highbay is designed for mounting onto a solid base or
for hanging both indoors and outdoors.
Ingress Protection IP65 – for outdoor use
Mounting
Method A: Loop
Install the loop with gasket to luminaire well in the specied
position.
Hang the luminaire well into the hook.
Wiring 1 to power supply cable: Brown-L; Blue-N; Green-G;
Wire 2 to dimmer: Purple – Dim+, Grey – Dim-.
Method B: Bracket
1. Remove four screws holding the driver.
2. Insert the bracket between the driver and the body of
the luminaire.
3. Screw the screws back to their original location.
4. Install 2 pcs M8 expanding bolts on the mounting surface
as per the hole position on our luminaire.
5. Loose the auxiliary screws on two sides of the bracket.
Rotate the luminaire to desirable degree and tighten
auxiliary screws again.
6. Wiring 1 to power supply cable: Brown-L; Blue-N; Gre-
en-G; Wiring 2 for dimming: Purple – Dim+, Grey – Dim-

Dimming can be realised in two ways via convertors ZU9001
and ZU9002: 0–10 V, DALI.
Installation of Converters
ZU9001 is an isolated signal converter which allows to use
0–10 V dimming.
ZU9002 is an isolated signal converter, transforming the
DALI signal to 0–10 V output. It conforms to the DALI protocol
IEC62386-101/101/207.
1. Turn the cover to left and lift outwards to take it down.
2. Insert the connector of the controller into the interface
and rotate the controller device clockwise direction.
