Buttons and functions

WPS connection

Connect the repeater to your router/access point

Note:

• Once thedevices have been paired/connected,

therepeater will transmit the2.4GHz signal with thesame

network service set identifier (SSID) and password as your

routeruses.

• 5GHz signals are transmitted with thesame network

service set identifier (SSID) and password as your router

but with theaddition of the “.speed” suffix.

Care and maintenance

• Use adry cloth to wipe therepeater clean when needed.

• Therepeater should be unplugged from thewall socket if it

is not to be used for alongtime.

• If you need to reset therepeater to its default factory

settings, hold in theWPS button (2) for 10 seconds until

theLED indicators start toflash.

4. Hold in theWPS button (2) on thereceiver for 2 seconds.

Afterafew seconds, theLED indicator/WPS will begin

toflash.

5. Wait for about 2 minutes until theLED indicator/WPS on

therepeater and theindicator on therouter stop flashing

(thedevices are now paired/connected).

Note:

3. Connect your computer to one of thepre‑configured

repeater networks. SSID: EXIBELxxxxxx or

SSID: EXIBELxxxxxx.speed

4. Open your web browser. Gotohttp://zyxelsetup/

Thepassword is 1234.

5. Follow theinstructions in theguide.
