Installation Instructions
1. Turn meter power “off.”
2. Remove old cap from electrode by turning counter clockwise. Discard old cap.
3. Rinse electrode thoroughly with deionized water and dry.
4. bot Fill new cap with electrolyte to above tom of threads.
5. Tap gently to dislodge any air bubbles.
6. Immerse end of electrode into cap and gently swirl to dislodge any air bubbles.
7. Slowly screw cap onto electrode in a vertical orientation, allowing excess electrolyte to overflow.
8. CAUTION: If electrolyte does not overflow, it means an insufficient amount of electrolyte was added. Remove cap and add more to ensure
proper operation.
9. Clean excess electrolyte from exterior of probe.
10. Invert electrode and check for air bubbles. Repeat process if air is present inside probe.
11. Turn meter “on”, and allow probe to polarize for at least 10 minutes before use.
Electrode Storage Instructions
Store in cap, with sponge moistened in Deionized water.
