Fox WarrantyPolicy (PL)

i. Scopeof Warranty

Fox provides thefollowing limitedand extendedwarranty forinverters and chargecontrollers(herein referredtoastheProduct(s)

unless explicitlystated otherwise) produced/providedby Fox.Foxunderits owndiscretion hastheright todecline thereplacement of

the deviceif the termsandconditions onthe Policyis breached. ThisFox WarrantyPolicy (hereinreferredto as thePolicy) is

applicablein all thecountries where theproduct is sold through recognized Foxpartners. The Product(s) included inthis Policy are:

S Series,ESeries,F Series, T Series, Hybrid Series, AC Series, AIO Series

Important:

Please note,this warranty policy covers Fox Products as specified herein. Wherebatteries aresupplied separately witha Fox inverter

or charger pleaserefer tothe relevant warranty policydocument. This warranty is limited to the Fox inverter/charger rangeonly and

doesnot coveranyexternal or ancillary parts.Any ancillary parts oradd-on devices supplied by Foxmay be covered by aseparate

warranty policy.

This Policyshall not be held as a guarantee of the product durability nor does it include any product ability.

This Policyis limited only to thepartieslisted as per section 2.

ii. Contracting Parties

This Policyis onlyprovidedto theoriginalpurchaserof theproduct from Fox(Purchaser),where thePurchaseris adistributor, solar

retailer oran accreditedelectrician (Installer),who on-suppliesthe productto anotherparty, or to thatother-party (End-User)where

the productisinstalled.

iii. Warranty Period and Warranty Extension

ThePolicyprovideswarranty coverasoutlinedbelow:

Standard Warranty

For Tseries, F series, S series:

The Product will be free from defectsin materials and workmanship for a period of one hundred and forty-four (144) months from the

date of installation,but no more than onehundredand forty-nine (149)months from the dateofmanufactureof the Product

(whichever comes first).The registration ofthe Product (see section7) is required tobe completed via theFox website before theend

of thirty-six (36)months from the date of manufacture of the Product.

Hybridseries, ACseries:

The products willbefree fromdefects inmaterials and workmanshipfor aperiod ofone hundresandtwenty(120) months fromthe

date ofinstallation, but no more thanone hundred and twenty five(125)months from the date of manufacture of the product(which

comesfirst). The registrationof the product(see section 7)is required to be completed viathe Foxwebsitebefore the end ofthirty-

six(36) monthsfromthedate ofmanufactureofthe product.

ForAIO series:

The Product willbe free from defectsin materials and workmanship for a period of sixty(60)months from thedate of installation,but

nomore than sixty-five (65)monthsfrom the dateof manufacture ofthe Product(whichevercomes first).Theregistration of the

Product (see section7) is required to becompletedvia the Foxwebsite beforethe endof thirty-six(36)monthsfrom the dateof

manufactureofthe Product.

For S-Box(plus) series:

The Product willbefree from defects in materials andworkmanship for a period ofeighty-four (84) months from the date of

installation, but nomore than eighty-nine (89)months from the date ofmanufacture of the Product (whichever comes first).

FoxPro (ExtendedWarranty)

For full warrantycoverage beyondthe standardwarranty period,the Product may be eligiblefor awarranty extension(FoxPro

Warranty) in totalperiodoftwo-hundred and forty(240) months (forT series, F series,S series,Hybridseries, AC series only). The
