i.ScopeofWarranty

Foxprovidesthefollowinglimitedandextendedwarrantyforinvertersandchargecontrollers(hereinreferredtoastheProduct(s)

unlessexplicitlystatedotherwise)produced/providedbyFox.Foxunderitsowndiscretionhastherighttodeclinethereplacementof

thedeviceifthetermsandconditionsonthePolicyisbreached.ThisFoxWarrantyPolicy(hereinreferredtoasthePolicy)is

applicableinallthecountrieswheretheproductissoldthroughrecognizedFoxpartners.TheProduct(s)includedinthisPolicyare:

SSeries,ESeries,FSeries,TSeries,HybridSeries,ACSeries,AIOSeries

Important:

Pleasenote,thiswarrantypolicycoversFoxProductsasspecifiedherein.WherebatteriesaresuppliedseparatelywithaFoxinverter

orchargerpleaserefertotherelevantwarrantypolicydocument.ThiswarrantyislimitedtotheFoxinverter/chargerrangeonlyand

doesnotcoveranyexternalorancillaryparts.Anyancillarypartsoradd-ondevicessuppliedbyFoxmaybecoveredbyaseparate

warrantypolicy.

ThisPolicyshallnotbeheldasaguaranteeoftheproductdurabilitynordoesitincludeanyproductability.

ThisPolicyislimitedonlytothepartieslistedaspersection2.

ii.ContractingParties

ThisPolicyisonlyprovidedtotheoriginalpurchaseroftheproductfromFox(Purchaser),wherethePurchaserisadistributor,solar

retaileroranaccreditedelectrician(Installer),whoon-suppliestheproducttoanotherparty,ortothatother-party(End-User)where

theproductisinstalled.

iii.WarrantyPeriodandWarrantyExtension

ThePolicyprovideswarrantycoverasoutlinedbelow:

StandardWarranty

ForTseries,Fseries,Sseries:

TheProductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofonehundredandforty-four(144)monthsfromthe

dateofinstallation,butnomorethanonehundredandforty-nine(149)monthsfromthedateofmanufactureoftheProduct

(whichevercomesfirst).TheregistrationoftheProduct(seesection7)isrequiredtobecompletedviatheFoxwebsitebeforetheend

ofthirty-six(36)monthsfromthedateofmanufactureoftheProduct.

Hybridseries,ACseries:

Theproductswillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofonehundresandtwenty(120)monthsfromthe

dateofinstallation,butnomorethanonehundredandtwentyfive(125)monthsfromthedateofmanufactureoftheproduct(which

comesfirst).Theregistrationoftheproduct(seesection7)isrequiredtobecompletedviatheFoxwebsitebeforetheendofthirty-

six(36)monthsfromthedateofmanufactureoftheproduct.

ForAIOseries:

TheProductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofsixty(60)monthsfromthedateofinstallation,but

nomorethansixty-five(65)monthsfromthedateofmanufactureoftheProduct(whichevercomesfirst).Theregistrationofthe

Product(seesection7)isrequiredtobecompletedviatheFoxwebsitebeforetheendofthirty-six(36)monthsfromthedateof

manufactureoftheProduct.

ForS-Box(plus)series:

TheProductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofeighty-four(84)monthsfromthedateof

installation,butnomorethaneighty-nine(89)monthsfromthedateofmanufactureoftheProduct(whichevercomesfirst).

FoxPro(ExtendedWarranty)

Forfullwarrantycoveragebeyondthestandardwarrantyperiod,theProductmaybeeligibleforawarrantyextension(FoxPro

Warranty)intotalperiodoftwo-hundredandforty(240)months(forTseries,Fseries,Sseries,Hybridseries,ACseriesonly).The
