Description of the system

The Water Management System (”WMS”) is an application that can be accessed from your

smartphone, tablet or computer. The application is a part of the solution that allows people to

tank clean water on request from water kiosks. WMS is an application made for water service

providers and the application processes and publishes data from transactions and operations

through Grundfos AQtap. Grundfos AQtap is an intelligent water dispenser that can be used

at any water kiosk. It’s simple and intuitive to use, and water consumers pay for the water via

a WaterCard. The use of smart cards for revenue collection is transparent and reliable for the

consumers and efficient for the water service provider.

When you login to the application as a water service provider you can appoint your employees

as additional users of the WMS andights. The WMS gives you give them different access r

access to see which users have tapped water at which water kiosks administrated by your

water plant and at which times. In addition, you can administrate the configuration of the water

points and see an overview of the distribution and consumption of water credits.

Terms and conditions relating to the use of WMS

Failure of the system

If WMS fails GRUNDFOS will apply reasonable commercial measures in re-establishing

WMS.

The aim is to make WMS available at a service level of:

- Phone/online support: Available in standard business hours

- Critical failure: max. 8 hours in standard business hours

- High importance: max. 2 working days

- Medium importance: max. 10 working days

- Low importance: At next planned update

GRUNDFOS takes no responsibility for missing availability that lies outside its control (e.g.

network failures).

Maintenance of the system

GRUNDFOS will from time to time use service windows where GRUNDFOS takes WMS down

for maintenance during which WMS is unavailable. GRUNDFOS will announce such service

windows in advance to the water service provider whenever possible. This, however, is not

always possible hence GRUNDFOS reserves the right to take WMS out for service without

prior warning to the water service provider. GRUNDFOS will make a reasonable effort in

keeping service windows as short and few as possible. GRUNDFOS assumes no liability for

any loss incurred by the water service provider or any third party in relation to such service

window.
