Installazione della Docking Station
La Docking Station viene riconosciuta automaticamen-
te dal sistema operativo una volta collegata alla porta
USB Type-C del notebook senza la necessità di
installare alcun driver.
1. Collegare la Docking Station PD220 alla porta
USB-C del notebook.
2. Collegare un cavo di ricarica USB-C alla porta di
alimentazione USB-C PD della docking station
(ingresso massimo 100 W).
Si consiglia di utilizzare l'alimentatore originale del
notebook per la ricarica tramite la porta USB-C PD.
3. Inserire il cavo Ethernet nella porta LAN della
docking station.
4. Collegare un cavo HDMI dalla docking station a un
monitor HDMI 4K.
Lo schermo può spegnersi o sfarfallare per un
momento durante l’operazione.
5. Collegare fino a tre dispositivi USB alle porte USB-A
della docking station.
Nota Importante – Funzione Power Delivery (PD)
La funzionalità di alimentazione Power Delivery della
docking station è destinata all'uso con notebook dotati
di tecnologia USB Type-C con supporto Power
Delivery.
Alcuni notebook possono supportare solo parzialmente
questa funzionalità, mentre altri richiedono l'utilizzo
dell'alimentatore originale.
Si consiglia di contattare il produttore del proprio
dispositivo per confermare il supporto di alimentazione
tramite dispositivi USB Type-C di terze parti.
USB-C DP Alt Mode
Non tutte le porte USB-C supportano la piena funziona-
lità dello standard USB Type-C. È necessario verificare
che la porta USB-C e la scheda video del notebook
supportino DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode)
MST per poter fruire di tutte le funzionalità video.

Introduzione
Hamlet PD220 è una docking station USB Type-C che
trasforma il notebook in una workstation grazie
all’aggiunta di un’uscita video HDMI 4K, connettività
Gigabit Ethernet, tre porte USB 3.0 Tipo A e una porta
USB-C con tecnologia Power Delivery 3.0. La porta
USB-C permette di alimentare il notebook fino a 100 W
collegando un alimentatore USB-C in ingresso.

USB Type-C 100W Power Delivery
Docking Station Installation
The Docking Station is automatically recognized by the
operating system once connected to the USB Type-C
port of the computer without the need to install any
driver.
1. Connect the PD220 Docking Station to your laptop's
USB-C port.
2. Connect an USB-C charging cable to the docking's
USB-C PD charging port (Max input 100W).
Use your laptop’s original power adapter to charge
your laptop via the USB-C PD port.
3. Insert Ethernet cable to the LAN RJ-45 port of the
docking station.
4. Connect a HDMI cable from the docking station to a
4K HDMI monitor.
The screen may go black or flicker during this
process.
5. Connect up to three USB devices to USB-A ports on
the docking station.
Important note about Power Delivery (PD)
The docking station's power charging functionality is
intended for use with USB Type-C laptops that support
Power Delivery technology.
Some laptops may partially support this functionality,
while others may require the use of their original power
supply.
Please contact your device manufacturer to confirm
charging support using a third-party USB Type-C
device.
USB-C DP Alt Mode
Not all USB-C ports support the full functionality of USB
Type-C standard. Ensure that your laptop USB-C port
and video card support DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP
Alt Mode) MST for full video functionality.
