FURBY WON'T TURN ON OR DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT.

· Gently wipe it down with a damp cloth, but don't let it get wet! Furby doesn't like water.

I SAID A COMMAND, BUT FURBY WON'T DO IT.

• Try again: press the heart gem button, say "Hey Furby!", and repeat the command.

· It may be too noisy where you are. Move to a quieter place.
