Mixing Instructions

Follow instructions on the side of each bottle. Units with capacities of

5 gal - 20 gal (18.9 75.7 L) should be mixed with the full 8 ( L –oz236

ml) contained in each bottle. It is recommended that the tentative

potable water be replaced every days. (After any 15-minute 120

testing per ANSI Z358.1-rell tank with clean potable water 2014, and

add contents of new Antimicrobial Preservative Concentrate 9082

Eyewash Additive, following instructions on the side of each bottle ).

Storage Instructions

Product should be stored between 6877º F - º F

0º - (2C 25º C)

Use before expiration date.

36 Month shelf life after date of manufacture.
