ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Item#:3013-85002 Two Door Mirrored Console-Surf, Visage
** Please make sure you have all parts indicated below prior to assembly.

Assembly Steps:
Attach the pull(D) with back plate(E) on the console by turning with screw(F) in a clockwise
direction (See Diagram 1).
Anti-Tip Restraints: (See Diagram 2)
1. Place console in desired location. Mark wall with pencil.
2. Drill two holes into the wall using 1/4”drill bit and insert the plastic anchors (C).
3. Screw the hook (B) into the plastic anchor (C). Check and make sure the plastic anchor (C) is
securely held in the wall.
4. Set the console in place and hang the metal rings attached on back of console on to the hook
(B).
Cleaning Instruction: Clean nished parts with a damp cloth using a mild dishwashing liquid and water solution.
Polish the nish with soft cloth and an industry recognized furniture polish.
