As a responsible supplier of articles, Huawei has done its best to meet all requirements of

environmental protection. This declaration of conformity is the compliance information of

REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006). Details are as follows:

(Pre-)Registration

According to Article 6, any manufacturer or importer of a substance, either on its own or in

one or more preparation(s), in quantities of one ton or more per year shall submit a

registration to the Agency. This requirement does not apply to Huawei as supplier of

articles.

According to Article 7, any producer or importer of articles shall submit a registration to

the Agency for any substance contained in those articles, if the substance is intended to

be released under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use and the substance

is present in those articles in quantities totaling over one ton per producer or importer per

year. As far as we know, there is not any substance intended to be released in this

product.

Notification

According to Article 33, any supplier of an article containing a substance meeting the

criteria in Article 57 and identified in accordance with Article 59(1) (Substances of Very

High Concern (SVHC)) in a concentration above 0.1 % weight by weight (w/w) shall

provide the recipient of the article with sufficient information, available to the supplier, to

allow safe use of the article including, as a minimum, the name of that substance. As far

as we know, the substance(s) listed below may be contained in this product above

the threshold level of 0.1% (w/w).
