5 Verschlußschraube (Edelstahl V2A, Dichtring: PA6)
Montage
1. Setzen Sie die Abdeckhülse (1) auf den Sensor. Lassen Sie die
Schlüsselfläche (A) frei. Sie benötigen Sie zur Befestigung des
Geräts.
2. Montieren Sie den Sensor auf den Prozeßanschluß. Schieben Sie
dann die Abdeckhülse vollständig auf (der O-Ring an der Unterseite
muß spürbar einrasten).
3. Drehen Sie die Öffnung der Hülse (C) fort von der Filterbohrung des
Sensors (B) (möglichst auf die gegenüberliegende Seite).
Weitergehende Schutzmaßnahmen (Abb. 4):
Montieren Sie bei Bedarf zusätzlich einen Adapter (2) oder (3) auf die
Öffnung der Hülse. Stecken Sie die Schlauchleitung (4) auf und führen
Sie das freie Schlauchende in einen geschützten Bereich.
Oder:
Dichten Sie das Filtersystem vollständig ab mittels einer
Verschlußschraube (5). Diese Maßnahme ist nur zu empfehlen, wenn
ein geringer Meßfehler tolerierbar ist. Er kann entstehen durch
- Schwankungen des Atmosphärendrucks und durch
- Schwankungen des Geräte-Innendrucks aufgrund von Temperatur-
änderungen.

Mounting
1. Place the venting cap (1) onto the bottom of the sensor. Do not
cover the hex area (A). This area will be required to tighten the
sensor.
2. Mount the sensor onto the process connection. Slide the venting
cap over the hex area (the O-Ring in the venting cap will snap in
place).
3.Turn the vent on the venting cap (C) away from the vent on the sen-
sor (B) (on the opposite side if possible).
Other protective measures (fig. 4):
If necessary, screw the barbed hose fitting (2) or the air line fitting (3)
onto the vent on the venting cap. Mount tubing (4) onto the fitting
and secure the unconnected end in a protected area.
Or:
To seal the vent completely: Screw the screw plug (5) onto the vent on
the venting cap (C). This measure is only recommended if a small
measuring error can be tolerated. A measuring error can result from
- fluctuations of the atmospheric pressure and from
- fluctuations of the internal pressure in the unit caused by
temperature changes.
