Forinitialuse,washthebeatersanddoughhookswithsoapandwaterthenrinse

thoroughlyandletitdry.Placetheunitinaflatandstablesurface.

1.INSERTINGTHEATTACHMENTS

a.EnsuretheSpeedSelectorissettothe"OFF"position.

b.Pressthetiltingarmbuttonandgentlyraisethearm.

c.Inserttheedgeoftheattachments,thenpushandrotatetosecurethem.

d.Placethemixingbowlintheslotandturnitclockwisetolockitinplace.

e.Positionthepouringshieldcoverontopofthemixingbowl.

f.Pressthetiltingarmbuttonandcarefullylowerthearmbacktoitsnormal

position.

2.MIXING

a.Startmixingatalowspeed,addmorespeedasyoufollowrecipeinstruction

(ingredientscanslowlybeaddedduringmixing).

b.TurnOFFeveryafteruse.

c.PresstheLever90°clockwisetomovethearmup.

d.RemovetheMixingBowlfromtheslotbyturningitcounter-clockwise.

Note:After4minutesofcontinuoususage,allowafewminutes’rest

beforeusingitagain.

5.REMOVINGTHEATTACHMENTS

a.PresstheLever90°clockwisetomovethearmup.

b.Pushtheattachmentupwardandturnitinclockwisesynchronously,then
