13. Lift the right side of the rod slightly and move it to the right to release the left side
from the drive socket. Carefully remove the rod and food.
14. Unscrew the skewers and slide the food off onto a tray or cutting board.
Convection Function:
1. Position the oven rack in the middle or lower level, depending on the type of food
being cooked.
2. Place your food inside the oven. Select your desired cooking function, then set
function to convection to start the fan.
3. When the cooking time ends, the convection fan will turn off automatically.
Steam Function:
1. Slide open the water inlet cover, located at the top of the unit.
2. Position the steam tray (approx. 38ml) on the left side of the lower
heating elements, directly under the water outlet.
3. Use a measuring cup to fill water into the water inlet.
4. The amount of water depends on cooking time:
- 5 ml approximately 5 minutes of steaming
- 30 ml approximately 30 minutes of steaming
- One whole chicken (approximately 32 minutes) may require two
fillings
- Note: Always monitor water levels during long cooking times and
refill as needed.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Always allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
1. Always unplug the oven from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
2. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth, then dry
thoroughly. Apply any cleaning agent to the cloth not directly to the oven.
3. Clean interior walls with a damp cloth and mild soap solution or spray cleaner on
a sponge.
Do not use harsh abrasives or corrosive products, such as brillo pads, as they
may damage the surface.
4. Slide out the crumb tray to remove crumbs. Wipe clean or wash as needed. The
tray is dishwasher safe. For baked-on grease, soak in hot, soapy water or use a
non-abrasive cleaner.
Never operate the oven without the crumb tray in place.
5. The wire rack, baking pan, and crumb tray are all dishwasher safe. For heavy soil,
soak in hot soapy water or clean with a nylon brush or pad.
6. Do not wrap the cord around the outside of the oven. Use the designated cord
storage area on the back of the appliance.
