Electronic lter wheels (EFW) are lter wheels used with mono cameras
for astrophotography. A iOptron electronic lter wheel, iEFW, requires n
a single USB-C type connecon for powering and controlling.
iEAF Installaon
1. Remove the screws securing the back cover and remove the cover
2. Set the iEFW on a at surface with face down
3. Screw the lters into the threaded wheel positions
4. Replace the back cover and ghten the screws.

Connect iEFW to camera
The iEFW has M42 interface on both sides. I a camera has a M42 f
threads, you may threaded it onto the iEAF directly. M e sure that the ak
lters are closer to the camera sensor. A 1.25 nose piece or other ”
suitable thread converter may be used to connect the iEFW to the
telescope end or camera.
