１． 取り付け手順 /INSTALLATION
1） ミシンの窓板を取り外し、ひざ上げ横棒 1の段
ねじ 2を外します。
1) Remove the side plate of the machine, and remove
hinge screw 2 in knee lifter side rod 1.
2） ひざ上げリンク 3の段ねじ 4を外し、付属の
ばね 6をセットしたひざ上げリンク 5と交換
し、段ねじ 7で取り付けます。
この時、ミシンを倒してひざ上げ連結棒 8が頭
部の穴 9に入っていることを確認してくださ
い。
2) Remove hinge screw 4 in knee lifter link 3, and
replace it with knee lifter link 5 set with attached
spring 6. Then install the knee lifter link with hinge
screw 7.
At this time, tilt the machine and make sure that
knee lifter connecting rod 8 enters the hole of
machine head 9.
3） 交換したひざ上げリンク 5に、ひざ上げ横棒ピ
ン をねじ締めし、ひざ上げ横棒!0 1をピン !1
で取り付けます。
3)
Tighten with screw knee lifter side rod pin !0 to replaced
knee lifter link 5, and install knee lifter side rod 1 with
pin !1.
（注意） 1．ひざ上げ横棒ピン はゆるみ易いので、!0
しっかりと締め付けてください。
2．各段ねじ部には、グリスを塗布してくだ
さい。
(Caution)
1.
Securely tighten knee lifter side rod pin !0 since
it is easily loosened.
2.
Apply grease to the hinge sections of respective
hinge screws.

注意
不意の起動による事故を防ぐため、電源を切ってから行ってください。
WARNING :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.

切り欠き部 に掛けます。!3
4) Place knee lifter link spring 6 on the notch !3 of
wire presser !2.
5） AK 装置 ( 組 ) をミシンに取り付けます。この!6
時、ひざ上げ横棒ピン にソレノイドリンク!0 !7
の長穴がセットされるように取り付けます。
注意） ソレノイドリンク の長穴にグリスを塗布!7
してください。
5) Install AK device (asm.) !6 on the machine. At this
time, install the device so that the slot of solenoid
link !7 is set on knee lifter side rod pin !0.
(Caution) Apply grease to the slot of solenoid link

SC-810 の場合
In case of SC-810
6)-1AK 装置（組） のコードをテーブルの穴に通!6
し、2P コネクタ をコントロール基板上の!8
2P コネクタ (CN37) に差し込みます。!9
コネクタを挿入し終えたら、すべてのコードを
ボックス側面の束線バンド でまとめて止めま@0
す。
6)-1 Pass the cord of AK device (asm.) !6 to the hole in
the table, and connect 2P plug !8 to 2P connector
!9 (CN37) on the control circuit board.
After inserting the connector, put all cords together
with cable clip band @0 located on the side of the
box.
