BASS MAX

The Bass Max is a double bass transducer designed for quick wedge mounting in one bridge wing. It has a

“sandwich” design that layers two transducer discs with a buffering layer in between. This ensures even

transmission of all frequencies from both sides of the bridge wing.

We recommend the Bass Max for both arco and pizzicato styles, as it transmits a broad mid frequency range.

This enables you to change playing modes without having to adjust the amplifier.

Two Bass Maxes can be applied for stereo sound, but watch out for phase elimination with this configuration. If

you want an increased output volume, we recommend a K&K preamp, like the Pure Preamp.
