Your safety and the safety of others are very important.
We have provided many important safety messages in this manual and on your
appliance. Always read and obey all safety messages.
This is the safety alert symbol.
This symbol alerts you to potential hazards that can kill or hurt you

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions

1. Read all instructions. Misuse of appliance may result in

2. Do not touch hot surfaces, including the Ceramic Pot, Lid, and
Steam Vent area. Use potholders or oven mitts when handling
the Ceramic Pot or Lid.
3. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plugs,
or the Grain and Rice Cooker base in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by
or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow
the appliance to cool completely before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
