Plug the Konftel 200W in the mains

using the power adapter as illustrated.

Place the conference phone in the

middle of the table.

Konftel 200W is a DECT conference phone with a pickup range up to 30 m 2. The Konftel 200W

connects to different makes of GAP-compatible DECT systems. If your ofﬁce does not have a

compatible DECT system, Konftel can supply a DECT base station for analogue connection.

Answering calls

A ring tone will be heard and the blue LEDs start ﬂashing.

 Press to answer. OK

The display shows the duration of the call.

Making calls

 Press . OK

 Dial the number.

 Press . OK

The number is called within 3 seconds.

The display shows the duration of the call.

Redialling

You can easily redial the number you last called.

 Press the up arrow.

The last number that you dialled appears in the display.

 Press . OK

The number is called within 3 seconds.

Speed dialling

Please refer to the manual for instructions on adding and updating numbers in the phonebook.

 Press the keys repeatedly. Up/down

The pre-programmed names in the phonebook appear in

alphabetical order. The last dialled number appears ﬁrst.

 Press to call the selected name/number. OK
