1. Remove fixture from its original package

2. Separate mounting plate from fixture by (1c)(3a)

removing decorative nuts (2c)

3. Align mounting plate screws to desired orientation, (1d)

and then attach mounting plate to electrical junction (1c)

box (1a)(1e) using screws provided in hardware

package

4.Make proper electrical connections ( to “L”, blackhot

white to “N”, to with wire nuts neutralground“GND”)

(1b) provided in hardware package and place driver (4a)

in canopy

5. Align and insert mounting plate screws through (1d)

holes on fixture , secure with decorative nuts (3a)(2c)

• Make sure is POWERCOMPLETELY OFF at the fuse box

• Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician

• Prepare everything in a clear area

• Wear gloves at all time during this installation

• Read instructions carefully before you start assembly
