Warning
Authorized Service Representatives are obligated to follow
industry standard safety procedures, including, but not
limited to, local/national regulations for disconnection
/ lock out / tag out procedures for all utilities including
electric, gas, water and steam.
These instructions are used for installing the following:
• 22” ice machines on 30” B, K or D model bins
• 22” ice machines on 48” B, K or D model bins
• 30” ice machines on 48” B, K or D model bins
1. Remove protective coating from support rail and bin
adapter prior to assembly.
2. Refer to drawing and place support in position. Angled
flange of support must face the front of the bin. Apply
foam tape on top of the support.
3. Place bin adapter on bin - No fasteners are required.
4. Apply foam tape from the kit around bin top opening.
A. Foam tape applied to the front of the bin opening
must be located under the ice machine bottom rail.
B. Apply foam tape around the sides and rear of the
bin top opening.
5. Place bin in final position and adjust legs to level bin in
all directions.
6. Refer to Ice Machine Installation Manual for ice machine
installation. Clean and sanitize the ice machine and bin
when installation is complete.
Angled ends must face toward
front of bin/ice machine
Foam tape must be located
underneath the front ice
machine bottom rail.
Install Foam Tape around
bin top opening
