Phillips Head Screws 6

1/4-20 Flange Nuts 6

1) Install the runners using the two outer holes.

2) Drill into the center holes using a 9/32" drill bit.

3) Install the remaining nuts and bolts.

1) Install the runners to the enclosure bottom through the holes

shown using the supplied hardware. (FIGURE A)

2) Install the screws and nuts as shown. (FIGURE B)

NOTE: If your Slim 5 does not have the center holes, perform the

following steps:
