Every MILWAUKEE (including cordless product tool, baery pack(s) & baery charger and Work Light power tool– –

cordless ashlight) is warranted to the to be free from defects in material and workmanship. original purchaser only

Subject to certain excepons, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on an electric power tool which, aer

examinaon, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defecve in material or workmanship for a period of ve (5) years* aer

the date of purchase. Return of the power tool to a MILWAUKEE Service Center locaon or MILWAUKEE factory

Authorized Service Staon, freight prepaid and insured is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included

with the return product.This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made

or aempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alteraons, abuse, normal wear and tear,

lack of maintenance, or accidents.

M18™ XC LITHIUM-ION Baery Packve (5) years / 2000 chargesis warranted for from the date of purchase, whichever

rst occurs. The rst 1000 charges or 2 years of the warranty, whichever rst occurs, are covered through free

replacement of the defecve baery. This means that for the earlier of the first 1000 charges or two (2) years from the

date of purchase/rst charge, a replacement baery will be provided to the customer for any defecve baery free of

charge. Thereaer, the remaining charges up to a total of 2000 or the remainder of the ve (5) year period from the date

of purchase, whichever rst occurs, will be covered on a pro rata basis. This means that every customer gets an addional

1000 charges or three (3) years of pro rata warranty on the V-technology Baery Pack, ™LITHIUM-ION

M28™ M18™ LITHIUM-ION Baery Pack and Baery Pack depending upon the amount of use. XC LITHIUM-ION

*The warranty period for from the date of purchase. ALL other LITHIUM-ION Baery Packs is two (2) years

is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the
