Remove all protective film from the door or drawer
fronts before installing handles.
Handle appearance will vary by model.
1. Place the handle caps over the fasteners on the
door. Take care to support the handle so it doesn’t
fall and scratch the appliance finish. Make sure both
handle caps are resting on the face of the door.
NOTE:When installing Statement horizontal handles,
position the handle so that the set screws are facing
downward.
NOTE: When installing Statement handles on side-by-
side or french door refrigerators, position the handle so
that the set screws are facing the other handle.
2. Lock one end of the handle into position by
tightening the set screw in the handle cap with the
allen wrench provided. DO NOT over-tighten.
NOTE:Set screw location in end cap will vary by
model.
3. Keep supporting the handle as you lock the other
end of the handle into position by tightening the set
screw in the handle cap. DO NOT over-tighten.
If your handle kit has multiple handles, repeat these
instructions for the other handles.
