INSTALLATION OPTION 2: Concrete/Brick Wall Installation
TOOLS
REQUIRED
1. Hold the Wall Plate to the desired mounting location and verify level with a bubble level. Mark
drilling locations with a pencil.
2. At the marked locations drill pilot holes with a 5/16” (8mm) drill bit to a depth of 2” (50mm).
3. Change point 3 text: Clear any debris or dust from the pilot holes and insert Concrete Anchors
E(x2). Secure the Wall Plate to the wall with Lag Screw F(x2).
WARNING
Tighten screws so that wall plate is firmly
attached,but do not overtighten.Overtightening
can damage screws,greatly reducing their
holding power.
INSTALLATION OPTION 1: Wood Stud Installation
TOOLS
REQUIRED
CAUTION: DO NOT INSTALL ON DRY WALL ALONE, INSTALL MOUNT ON A WOOD STUD. USER MUST
VERIFY THE WALL CAN HOLD THE WEIGHT OF THE TV AND THE TV MOUNT
1. Locate the wood studs on the wall with a stud finder. Hold the Wall Plate to the center of the
stud and verify level with a bubble level. Mark drilling locations with a pencil.
2. At the marked locations drill pilot holes with a 3/16” (4.5mm) drill bit to a depth of 1.6” (40mm).
Secure the Wall Plate to the wall with Lag Screws F(x2).
NOTE 1: Failure to drill pilot holes may result in the lag screw heads snapping.
NOTE 2: Do not use Concrete Anchors E for wood stud installation.
WARNING
