CAMPO DI IMPIEGO
• PPR 1 può essere utilizzata sul fondo di tutti i forni Smeg, tranne che nelle seguenti condizioni:
Forni a gas, a microonde, a vapore.
• PPR 1 è indicata per le cotture di: pizze, tigelle, piadine, panini, ecc, sia freschi che surgelati.
MODALITÀ D’USO
• PPR1 può essere utilizzata nelle seguenti soluzioni: sul fondo del forno (fig.1), sulle griglie in
dotazione col forno (fig.2), sulle guide telescopiche GT123DX e GT12X.
• COTTURA DELLA PIZZA – Pre-riscaldare il forno in funzione o o o , con
all’interno la piastra, impostando il termostato al max. Allo spegnimento della spia termostato,
infornare. Attendere circa 3-4 minuti e sfornare.
• COTTURA DI PIADINE, PANINI, TIGELLE – Eseguire il pre-riscaldamento come sopra, quindi
infornare (si consiglia l’appoggio di PPR1 sulle griglie o sulle guide telescopiche).
• IMPORTANTE: I tempi di cottura sono indicativi, in quanto possono variare a seconda del
prodotto utilizzato e dei gusti personali.
• Per infornare e sfornare, consigliamo l’uso della pala per pizza modello PAL.
• La piastra rimane calda anche dopo molti minuti dal termine della cottura. Assicurarsi di
movimentarla con le dovute precauzioni.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Per la pulizia della piastra, attendere che quest’ultima sia fredda, ed utilizzare acqua calda e
spugne non abrasive.
• Non lavare in lavastoviglie.
• Non utilizzare detersivi.
• Dopo la pulizia, prima di ogni utilizzo, attendere che la piastra sia completamente asciutta (1 ora
circa).
• Dopo vari utilizzi, si può verificare un leggero imbrunimento della piastra. Questo non pregiudica
nessuna caratteristica della piastra.
INTENDED USE
• The PPR 1 can be used on the bottom of all Smeg ovens except in the following cases:
Gas, microwave and steam ovens.
• The PPR 1 is ideal for baking fresh and frozen pizzas, muffins, sandwiches etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• The PPR1 can be used on the bottom of the oven (fig.1), on the oven's own shelves (fig.2), or on
the GT123DX and GT12X telescopic guides.
• BAKING PIZZA – Preheat the oven using the or or or function with the plate
inside, setting the thermostat on the highest setting. When the thermostat light goes out, place
the pizza in the oven. Wait about 3-4 minutes and remove the pizza.
• BAKING SANDWICHES, MUFFINS, ETC. - Preheat as above, then place the food in the oven
(for best results, place the PPR1 on the shelves or telescopic guides).
• IMPORTANT: Baking times are guideline, since they may vary depending on the product
used and personal taste.
• The PAL pizza shovel is recommended for placing pizza and similar products in the oven and
removing them.
• The plate is still hot even many minutes after baking has finished. Take the appropriate
precautions when handling it.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• To clean the plate, wait for it to cool then use hot water and non-abrasive sponges.
• Never wash in the dishwasher.
• Never use detergents.
• After cleaning, before reuse wait for the plate to dry completely (about 1 hour).
• After the plate has been used several times, it may become slightly brown. This does not impair
its operation in any way.
