Introduction
e digital personal scale is designed to accurately indicate body
weight and fat. is scale works on the principle of Bio-electrical Im-
pedance Analysis (BIA). By measuring the electrical resistance and
the nal calculation of the constant values (age, height, sex, activity
level) it is possible to determine the percentage of body fat, body
water and muscle percentage in the body.
e scale is able to facilitate 10 persons.
In order to ensure accurate results users should enter the following
personal parameters:
- Gender
- Height
- Age
• We recommend that you read this manual before using the scale.
• Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
e scale operates with 3x 1.5 V AAA batteries (not included).

• Remove the batteries if they will not be used for a long period of
time.

Install the batteries
1. Open the battery cover (on the underside of the scale) by relea-
sing the clip and liing the cover.
2. Insert the batteries.
)Be sure the polarity of the batteries is set properly.
3. Close the cover.
Select weighing mode
Switch the scale on (ON/OFF button).
Use the Weight units selection button (underside of scale) to select
the weight units (kg/lb/st).
