PACKAGE CONTENT

Keep your device clean

▪Keeping the optical ports clean of dust and debris.

Even small dust particles on the end surfaces of the plugs

or in the test adapters can adversely affect the accuracy

of the measurement.

▪Wipe the device only with a damp cloth. Do NOT use

aggressive cleaners or solvents on the housing and display.

▪Clean the optical parts with appropriate fiber optic cleaning

material only.

▪The OPM port does NOT require servicing or cleaning.

Do not touch the photosensor or insert swabs/click cleaners

▪The VFL port contains a 2,5 mm UPC ferrule. Clean it with

suitable, lint-free fiber optic cleaning swabs or click cleaners.

Keep the dust cover on

▪Cover the optical connections with the dust cap whenever

they are not in use. This prevents them from getting

contaminated and avoids measurement errors.
