all consequences resulting from the improper use of the pedal-assisted bike. Collisions, falls, and loss
of control can harm people and objects around the user. In any case, anticipate the trajectory and
speed, respecting the road code and the most vulnerable road users. The user is responsible for all
consequences caused by improper use of the product. The owner of the pedal-assisted bike must
check and comply with local laws regarding the use of the product concerning helmet use, speed limits,
and accessible areas. The Distributor and Seller are not responsible for any damage to objects and/or
people caused by improper use of the product. The obligation to use a helmet is subject to local laws.
This product is not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age (check current local laws).
Adult supervision is recommended for users under 18 years of age. This vehicle cannot carry more than
one person at a time. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge of the product, unless
they have been instructed by a person responsible for their safety. Always check the condition of the
wheels and battery before using the product. Keep the battery out of the reach of children.
Cleaning and maintenance cannot be entrusted to children without proper supervision. Keep the plastic
packaging out of the reach of children to avoid suffocation. Children should not play with this product.
