immediately replaced when any damage is noted.

are recommended.

This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mounting surface: Surface must be at and capable of supporting the xture. If the surface is made of wall board,

we recommend that you use plastic anchors (not included). To install onto a plaster board surface, we recommend

minimum 3/8" thick and use #6 screws.
